Moonstone Theatre Company can provide actors to really test your staff by putting them through "real" situations. One of our team recently worked with the Environment Agency as they vetted candidates for promotion. She played difficult customers so that the candidates reaction could be scored as part of the panel process. This kind of role play can work very well in supporting the training of staff in how to handle complaints or how to deal with workplace situations such as discrimination, harassment and bullying. Other members of our team have extensive experience in facilitating and delivering training events.
Our Murder Mystery events can also provide a fun way to build teams and develop team spirit.
